Centurion American brings apartments downtown amid slew of DFW deliveries

DFW led the nation in the delivery of new multifamily units in Q1 2024

Despite record deliveries of new multifamily apartments in the DFW Metroplex, only 600 units were delivered in downtown Dallas. The “significant housing shortage” still remains, which has prompted Centurion American Development Group to move forward with a 182-unit development in the Harwood Historic District of Dallas.
