Multifamily Absorption Surges in Key Metro Areas

Demand offsets the supply of newly available multifamily properties

Our Take

We’ve done our best to document the “demographic shifts and business relocations from northern and eastern U.S. regions to the south and west” in previous blog posts. The reason "multifamily demand" is balancing out the increase in supply is straightforward: more jobs mean more people are relocating to DFW.
