It’s the seventh month in a row that home prices have gone up, even though mortgage rates remain untenably high for most aspiring homeowners across the country.

Our Take

The demand for housing persists, notwithstanding potential homebuyers' challenges in affording monthly payments. Build-to-rent communities will persist in fulfilling the housing demand, given the influx of tens of thousands of new residents migrating to Texas.
